This Arbitration Agreement ("Agreement") is made between FIXIT Tradesman LLC ("Company") and any individual or entity that uses the Company's services or products (“User”) and governs the resolution of any disputes arising out of the use of the Company’s services or products.

Purpose of Arbitration The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a fair and efficient mechanism for the resolution of disputes between the Company and the User. The parties agree that arbitration is a simpler, faster, and less formal alternative to litigation and that it will be conducted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Arbitration of Disputes Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Company's services or products shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.

Waiver of Trial by Jury and Class Actions The User agrees to waive their right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action in any arbitration arising out of or relating to the Company's services or products.

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Severability If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Notice The User shall provide written notice to the Company of any dispute arising out of or relating to the Company's services or products. The notice shall be sent to the Company's main address as indicated on the Company's website.

Limitation of Time The User agrees to commence any arbitration within one year after the claim or cause of action arises, otherwise such claim or cause of action is barred.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

By using the Company's services or products, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Arbitration Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, the User must immediately cease using the Company's services or products.
