Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your work?

Yes, we take pride in the quality of our work, and we offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee on all the work we complete. This means that if any issues arise due to our workmanship within 30 days of project completion, we will return to the site and repair, fix or correct the issue at no additional expense to the customer.

For our property investor customers, the 30-day workmanship guarantee starts from project completion or when a new tenant occupies the property, whichever comes first. We understand that our clients expect their properties to be in top condition and ready for occupancy, and we stand behind our work with this guarantee.

In addition to our 30-day workmanship guarantee, we want our customers to know that many of the building materials we use also come with warranties from their manufacturers. We follow the manufacturers' installation guidelines and instructions to ensure that our customers can take advantage of these warranties whenever possible.

These warranties can vary depending on the type of material and manufacturer, but we will always inform our clients about any applicable warranties and ensure that the installation is carried out accordingly.
